Recruitment Process

Hire Power uses a 5-step approach to recruitment:

Meet and Greet

Meet the client to gain a solid understanding of their needs and secure and sign off the job requisition.

Sourcing

Begin the sourcing activities. Either headhunt or start a direct search using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook and Twitter.

Interview

Screen, pre-qualify and interview potential applicants.  Shortlist and present the candidates’ CV to the client.

Finalisation

Arrange for assessments and conclude all background and forensic checks on the final candidate.  Present the offer to the successful candidates and conclude the placement.

5

Onboarding

Assist both the client and new incumbent with the onboarding process.
