Hire Power SA is female owned and managed by Jeannine Dickie, and supported by Monique Prince (Internal Recruiter / Head-hunter).
We have been placing people and changing lives since 2000.
We are a BBBEE Level 4 supplier.  

Capacity to Perform :

Hire Power was established in February 2000 and we have successfully established a supportive and diverse client base.
Prior to establishing Hire Power, Jeannine worked in the recruitment industry for 4 years.  
We have been involved in several “Greenfield” projects in the manufacturing sector which has given us the experience and ability to handle mass recruitment.
These projects have been for: Corning Products, Visteon Automotive, Saffil Automotive, Flexider, Rainbow Nations Renewable Fuels, Alucast (Murray and Roberts) and D & B Interior Trim (Pretoria), Magna Intier (East London), Lear Corporation, and Coega Concentrate (Famous Brands).
To date, these clients have remained supportive and we have built up and established a mutually beneficial long–term relationship with them.

Areas of Specialisation / Expertise :

Hire Power SA operates as a generalist (Permanent, Temporary and Contract) recruitment and placement agency.
We have extensive experience in the financial services, medical, retail and manufacturing sectors.
We are experienced in recruiting from entry level (Operator level) to Executive level.  We can provide statistics in this regard upon request.  Jeannine is also registered with the SA Board of People Practices, as an accredited HR Professional, and Hire Power SA is a member of the Nelson Mandela Bay Business Chamber.

Approach to Recruitment Services :

Many of our placements are made through headhunting and electronic networking.
We have an established website where we place our positions on-line and this has proved to be a successful recruitment tool.
Other forms of recruitment are through the traditional methods of advertising (both internet and newspaper advertising), and through our database.
We have built up a tremendous database of skilled candidates over the years and this is always our first search method when sourcing candidates.
We utilise our own internal cloud based database specially tailored for our organisation, CRM, which enables us to search for suitable candidates within minutes.

Additional Information :

Office facilities:
We have 4 fully set up work stations (computers, printers, scanners). One of which is a testing facility to test candidates on computer literacy and typing (if a requirement of the position).  

Payroll Software:
We utilise VIP Payroll Classic for all our permanent and temporary / contract staff placed off site. All invoicing and quotations are prepared on Pastel.

Database Software:
We utilise our own cloud based database, Hire Power SA CRM, to maintain our database of candidates.

Background Checks:
We utilise the services of Lexis Nexis to perform all our criminal, credit and qualification verifications.  Forensic, credit and qualification checks are performed upon request from our clients and are for the client’s account.  A copy of a breakdown of the various checks is available upon request.

Interview Facilities:
We offer the services of an interview facility if clients wish to interview candidates on our premises.

Tailor-made placement fee options for both contract and permanent placements.  Fees are based on a sliding scale, and can be structured and calculated on a per-hour, per-day, per-month or once-off basis.

Testing and Assessments:
Typing and Grammar Testing, Job and Candidate Profiling, Panel Interview Feedback, Assessments (Various) are also available via a third party, and upon request.
